Reverse logistics is a stage in the supply chain focused on returning used materials to the manufacturing process, aiming for proper disposal and environmental care.

Full Gauge Controls has an exclusive channel for the reverse logistics process, offering our clients the opportunity to contribute to reducing the environmental impact by ensuring the correct and safe disposal of the digital instruments that have reached their end-of-life.

Products sent by clients through reverse logistics are forwarded directly to Technical Assistance, which submits them to a rigorous and safe process of sorting, disassembly, and material separation. Environmentally appropriate final disposal is then given to all the material not subject to recycling, sending them to service providers qualified and licensed by ruling environmental agencies.

Full Gauge Controls is also concerned with the reverse logistics for packaging, sending more material for recycling than what is placed on the market.

Through these activities, Full Gauge Controls aims to contribute to the fulfillment of the National Solid Waste Policy (Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos, PNRS in Portuguese), which defines reverse logistics as an "instrument of economic and social development characterized by a set of actions, procedures and means intended to enable the collection and return of solid waste to the manufacturing industry for reuse in its cycle or in other manufacturing cycles, or other environmentally appropriate final disposal.”

Send the products for final disposal with a shipping invoice (CFOP 5949 or 6949 - Other export of goods or provisions of unspecified service) together with the DONATION TERMS AND DISPOSAL AUTHORIZATION.

Fill out the DONATION TERMS AND DISPOSAL AUTHORIZATION. The responsibility for shipping costs in electronic solid waste shipment operations lies with the SENDER, in this case, the customer.
