Warranty Terms

From May 2005 and onwards, products manufactured by Full Gauge Controls have a warranty period of two (2) years with the factory, counting from the date of purchase registered on the invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that render the product unsuitable or inadequate for its intended uses. The warranty is limited to the maintenance of the instruments manufactured by Full Gauge Controls and does not cover other expenses, such as compensations for damages caused in other equipment.

The warranty does not cover transport and/or insurance expenses to send the products with signs of defect or malfunction to Technical Assistance. The following events are also not covered: natural wear and tear of the parts, external damages caused by falling, or improper storage and use of the products.

The warranty will be automatically voided if:

- The instructions for use and assembly are not followed, contained within the technical description and the installation procedures described in the IEC 60364 Standard;

- It is subject to conditions beyond the limits specified in the technical description;

- It is tampered with or repaired by someone who is not a part of the technical team from Full Gauge Controls;

- The damage is caused by falling, hits and/or impacts, water damage, overload, and/or lightning strikes.

To use the warranty, the client must send the product adequately packaged along with the corresponding invoice to Full Gauge Controls. The client is also required to provide as much information as possible about the detected issue to facilitate the analysis, testing, and service execution.

These processes and any necessary product maintenance will only be executed by Full Gauge Controls Technical Assistance at the company’s headquarters located at Rua Júlio de Castilhos, 250 – CEP 92120-030- Canoas - Rio Grande do Sul - Brasil.
