We have achieved the Invention Patent registration for the VX-1025E electronic expansion valve in Brazil and the United States, granted by the governing bodies INPI (National Industrial Property Institute, in Portuguese) and USPTO (the United States Patent and Trademark Office), respectively.

In practice, that means that our technology is entirely new, and thus, it grants Full Gauge Controls exclusive commercialization rights.

It is a huge conquest for all of us and a worldwide acknowledgment of the development capacity of the Brazilian industry after years of work involving several teams in creating and innovating a revolutionary 2-in-1 product (Thermostat plus the EEV driver).
